1. Agreement
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Daji services. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. The service
Daji provides a technology platform that connects passengers with drivers. Unless stated otherwise, drivers are independent service providers and not employees of Daji.
3. Accounts
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and provide truthful registration details. You may not share your account or use another person’s account without permission.
4. Bookings and cancellations
Trip requests, fares, waiting times, and cancellation rules are shown in the app before or during booking where applicable. Repeated no-shows or abusive cancellations may lead to restrictions.
5. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daji is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
